Team Lead Cloud Platform Engineering (m/f/d)

Hi – we are Delivion!

we design, plan and build Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments in private and public clouds for our clients in Digital Entertainment, Fintech and Insurtech. We apply and breathe DevOps culture, Platform Engineering, Automation and Containerization to deliver the best possible results to our clients.

We could stop our introduction with that one-liner, but it’s important for us, to put emphasis on our culture.

Our multinational company culture values autonomy and initiative. If you have awesome ideas, we are curious to discover them. If you want to learn a new tool or a new programming language, alone or with a couple of teammates, we will happily support that.

We continuously improve our company to a great place to work. We know that, when our teams and clients succeed, that our success follows.

What you would do

Our Cloud Platform Engineering teams create and improve individual solutions together with their teammates at our partners and clients. This includes things like automating the underlying infrastructure or ease the life of software engineers by providing solutions that are helping them to make best use out of a private or public cloud environment.

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for setting technical direction and managing the day-to-day work of a scrum team focused on building and supporting the CI/CD platforms of our clients.
